Screen Printing:

Advantages….

• Great for 1 to 4 spot color logos/artwork
• Large logos and solids don’t affect pricing.
• Economical for larger quantities
• For a casual look & feel

Considerations….

• Each color need to have screens made and registered to the others; so more colors means higher cost.
• On colored garments, a base layer is required which is counted as an additional color. So, a one color logo on a colored garment is actually two colors.
• Must have Vector Art files
• Not good with halftones and screens.

Garment Printing:

Advantages….

• Cost effective even at short run quantities.
• Great for multi colored up to full color logos/artwork
• Excellent print quality for detailed logos
• Excellent quality with halftones and screens
• Works well for larger imprint areas.
• Prints with vivid & bold colors
• For a casual look & feel
• Last about the same number of washes as screen printing

Considerations….

• on orders under 72, small letters and details that are not fully contained in a larger border may not work.
• Send us your logo and we can tell you what print method is best for your logo and quantity of garments you need printed.
• Vector art is required.
