What are my payment options?

KNG accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. If you prefer to pay by check please call us. A representative will take your order over the phone and place it on hold until your check arrives. Note: Your order will not be processed until we receive your check, so the quickest way to receive your order is to pay by credit card.

What is your return policy?

All the risk is on us when you order from KNG. Order the products you need. Try the items out. Not for a day or two, but for 90 days. If you are at all dissatisfied, contact one of our customer service representatives for a full credit, refund or replacement.

How do I return an item?

To return an item you have recently purchased request an RMA Number.

Where do you ship products?

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
