As soon as you order has shipped, we'll send you an email with your tracking information including tracking number and a link to the carrier's site. If you have an existing customer account with us you may log in and navigate to your orders to acquire your tracking number.

Your order confirmation will include an estimated ship date. The carrier will be able to provide an estimated delivery once tracking becomes available.

Yes. Once your order has shipped, UPS charges a fee per package to change the shipping address. If you are a pre-registered member with the UPS My Choice® services, you can make many changes to your deliveries and leave special instructions such as holding packages for pick-up or changing your shipping address. Keep in mind there may still be a fee to change the shipping address.

Sales tax can only come off an order before it ships. We must have a copy of a tax exempt certificate for every state you are exempt in.

We typically include a copy of the invoice with your delivery. In the event that the invoice is missing, you can always contact our Customer Service team if this is missing from your package and we can email you a copy.

We place a $1.00 preauthorization on your card when making an on-line purchase to ensure the card is valid. Once the order is charged to the credit card, the $1.00 preauthorization will drop from the account.

Rush shipping applies to the shipping method and not the order status. Customized orders typically require a longer lead time before the order ships.
