I ordered the paper chef hats for an event and selected 2 day shipping, something happened where they didn't ship and were scheduled to arrive 3 days after my event. I called and thought I might get the run around, however the rep I dealt with canceled the order and overnighted the hats to me. In today's crazy world that's amazing service, top notch!
