the product is what I wanted. I was just not happy with the order being screwed up and how long it took to get resolved. I realize you have rules but considering the mix ups you could've included one more hat as I needed 19. I know they are sold in 6 pks. You could have made an exception. I'm sure you have received the 18 black aprons I received first instead of the 18 chef's hats I ordered.

Large heads do not fit in this hat. About 10% of the student cooks that use the hats complain that they do not fit. Price may be good but not for a product that is unuseable by 10% of my cooks.
