Purchased these for a "cooking" birthday party for a seven year old. Hats are great quality, great fit, love the adjustable velcro in back. Fit most kids perfectly (they ranged in age from five to seven years old), two of the seven year olds who were tall for their age or just had bigger than average heads were right on the border of the hat not fitting. I would say they would comfortably fit most children ages 3-7, and possibly some eight year olds.

I was impressed with the quality of the hats especially given the great price. The hats were made from a durable material with quality stitching. The sizing works well for up to about 9 years old. Great quality for a value price!
