I bought these as favors for my daughter's cooking birthday party and they were a HUGE hit. I also bought the aprons from this website and they were fantastic too. The chef hats are cloth, easy to write on with fabric markers, adjustable and amazing quality for the price. I used these to compliment the aprons for my daughter's 11th birthday. I painted each girl's name on the band of the hat. They were, by far, the hit of the party! They were so easy to work with, the fabric was easy to paint on - they looked awesome. The velcro closure made it easy to fit each girl perfectly! They refused to take them off.

We ordered these chef hats for a 10 year old pizza making birthday party and they were a hit. I only ordered 6 kid sizes and the others adult sizes. The adult sizes worked for the kids because of the velcro adjustment on the back. The kid hats are good for young children or kiddos with smaller heads. They were all good quality and priced well.

These hats are being used for a production of the Nutcracker ballet - we used big colorful rick-rack on the brim, and they look adorable on the little chefs in the Mother Ginger scene! The floppy scale is perfect, not too much, and the velcro closure gives us flexibility with decorating AND fitting. Great!

We provide the color banded hats to our return students as an acknowledment for completing one course. The kids are proud that we recognize their accomplishment. The only negative, is that the colored band isn't available in kid's sizes. One size does not fit all, in our case, but we manage.
