Great craft item for young children. We decorated these for VBS. Although this item is listed as disposable,it is very durable. The price cannot be beat.

These hats were cute and easy to decorate with Sharpie markers. Fit all sizes of kids from pre-school - 1o year olds. Only con was that I had to staple the backs in order for them to stay on the kids heads. Once stapled to fit each individual the hats were great and stayed on until the kids took them off.

We used these for my daughter's 8th Cooking/Birthday party. The girls used fabirc markers to put their names on them. The fit was good, but we had to staple the back flap together on most of them to fit properly.

We used these for my daughter's birthday party. A great value for the money. The girls loved decorating them, but don't use markers, since the material is thin and they bleed through. The girls figured that out, and we used crayons instead. For bigger kids, it was hard to keep the hats adjusted - the tab kept popping out, so we had to adjust the hats & put a stapple in the hat to keep them from poppng apart. The girls loved wearing their hats, and i would recommend this product, despite the few little things I mentioned.

This was used for a child's birthday party. The kids decorated them with markers and stickers. They worked perfect for that and my kids still have theirs. The elastic broke on a few of the hats but seemed to work overall good for the age group (2-6)..probably would be too small for kids much bigger though.

The chefs hats were adorable, we used them for our daughter's 7th birthday party at California Pizza Kitchen. All the kids made their own pizzas and they looked like little chefs with their aprons and chefs hat. Definitely recommend.

Use for children's birthday party. Last group of 9 year old girls everyone of them had a problem with the hat...elastics broke on several. On the rest of the groups I had to tape each one of them because they wouldn't stay. seemed very small.

I use these chef hats at Hooray for Books for my children's birthday parties. They are a cute extra that kids design and wear while they cook and the price is good! The only downside is that the expandable band in the back is not long enough so it pops out and looks funny, but the hats still fit the child's head. I usually staple it but wish the company made it longer!

Use these for baking classes. Write names right on the brim and call each chef by name. Serves as a keepsake after the class. Sometimes the hats need a little tape to hold the flaps closed in the back. Great product for the price.

I hosted a party of 5 year olds...all 9 of the elastice head bands broke on the first 'fitting' of all the kids. Luckily, my wife had extra tape from decorating to keep the hats on the kids' heads for our cooking activities.

We used these for girls in grades K-1 and they were quite tight. Almost all of them needed to be stapled after the elastic piece tore from the back of the hat. They were quite cute on the girls, but they need a better way of fastening them. Possibly a velcro closure would work better.
