Son has long dreds and regular chef hats does not provide the coverage necessary. This keeps hair away from face and off shoulders. Would be a great item for anyone who wants to tie it back and forget it. Elastic in front keeps it closer to your face. Inexpensive, washable and professional looking.

We returned this product. It is too small for the average head. The cooks who tried it on all complained of the tightness and not enough room to keep the hair back.
This needs to be offered in different sizes and have more material for those with long hair to allow for them to put their hair up.
