Im a Chef in Los Angeles and love these jackets, they are much lighter and breath much easier than the heavy stiff jackets that work provide for the kitchen.When the jackets do arrive they are a bit stiff but not a real issue, just put them in the wash with a bit of softener and a quick press after and they are just fine.

They are great. Light weight add don't hold in much heat, which is great while on the grill. Everyone likes them better than the ones work was selling for $38 a coat. (even the general manager) I am glad I got these coats.
